James Tolbert 'Big Jim' Meadows

James Tolbert 'Big Jim' was born on November 6th, 1827. James Tolbert 'Big Jim''s father was John Meadows and his mother was Keziah Jane 'Kissay' Horn. His paternal grandparents were Israel Meadows and Barbara 'Barbary' Green. He had three brothers and four sisters, named William A. 'Bobby', John Hood, Jacob, Matilda, Susan, Lavina and Elvira Elma. He was the second youngest of the eight children.
