David Newton McGlothlin 
David Newton was born on July 23rd, 1879 in Monroe County, Indiana. David Newton's father was John G. McGlothlin and his mother was Lucindia Zike. His maternal grandparents were Jacob Zike and Mary Dianna Baugh. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Samuel W., James Ranson, Jacob Edward, Schyler, infant, Sarah E., Emma Jane, Mary Nellie and Lou Ada. He was the fourth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 13 on January 20th, 1893 in Monroe County, Indiana. He was buried in Clover Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg, Monroe, Indiana.-
