Perry Harold Hawkins 
Perry Harold was born on June 16th, 1921. Perry Harold's father was Henry Branch Hawkins and his mother was Anna Lova Deckard. His paternal grandparents were Nelson Hawkins and Julia Stewart; his maternal grandparents were Napoleon Budd Deckard and Elizabeth Mize. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Clyde, Carl, Lola, Zola, Chloe and Nellie. He died at the age of 65 on October 21st, 1986. He was buried in Chapel Hill Cemetery, Monroe Co., Indiana.General Notes

Heltonville - Perry Harold Hawkins, 65, of Heltonville, died Tuesday
evening at his residence.
Born June 16, 1921, in Monroe County, he was the son of Henry Bratch
and Lova (Deckard) Hawkins. He was of the Pentecostal faith and was
pastor of the Ramsey Ridge Church for 20 years. He was a former Polk
township trustee and was a former member of the Polk township advisory
board.
Survivors include his wife, Beulah (Covey) Hawkins; one son, Philip
Harold Hawkins of Heltonville; one brother, Clyde Hawkins of Heltonville;
four sisters, Lola Hawkins, Zola Deckard and Cholie Smith, all of
Heltonville and Nellie Ford of Akron, Ohio.
services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Jones Funeral Home in
Heltonville with burial in Chapel Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call 5 - 9 p.m. Thursday, 1 - 9 p.m. Friday and noon
