Lola Hawkins 
Lola was born on July 21st, 1909. Lola's father was Henry Branch Hawkins and her mother was Anna Lova Deckard. Her paternal grandparents were Nelson Hawkins and Julia Stewart; her maternal grandparents were Napoleon Budd Deckard and Elizabeth Mize. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Clyde, Perry Harold, Carl, Zola, Chloe and Nellie. She died at the age of 90 on February 9th, 2000 in Bedford Regional Medical Center.General Notes

Heltonville - Lola Hawkins, 89, of Heltonville, died Wednesday (2-9-00)
at Bedford Regional Medical Center.
Born July 20, 1910, in Chapel Hill, she was the daughter of Henry
"Bratch" and Lova (Deckard) Hawkins.
She was a homemaker and affiliated with Old Chapel Hill Church.
Survivors include one sister Chloe Smith of Heltonville.
She was preceded in death by two sisters; Zola Hawkins and Nellie
Ford; and three brothers PeryHawkins, Clyde Hawkins and Karl Hawkins.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Jones Funeral Home in
Heltonville. Burial will be at Chapel Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call 2 - 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
