Rusel Hubert was born on August 25th, 1916 in Sanders, Monroe Co., Indiana. Rusel Hubert's father was John Madison Floyd and his mother was Mabel Barrett. His paternal grandparents were George Franklin Floyd and Mamie Alma Shields; his maternal grandparents were Hugh H. Barrett and Emma Jane McGlothlin. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Living, Living, Leonard Jr., Agnes Imogene and Living. He died at 2 months old on October 29th, 1916 in Monroe County, Indiana. He was buried in Lucas Cemetery, Clear Creek Twp., Monroe Co., Indiana.
