Joseph Ancil "Toots" was born on April 23rd, 1914 in Monroe County, Indiana. Joseph Ancil "Toots"'s father was Harrison Eads and his mother was Nellie M. Shields. His paternal grandparents were Peter Eads and Sarah A.( Nuckles) Knockolls; his maternal grandparents were Joseph H. Shields and Ella F. Musser. He had two brothers and a sister, named Raymond Edward, Orville Morris and Wanda I.. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 48 on November 2nd, 1962 in Monroe County, Indiana. He was buried in Clear Creek Cemetery, Clear Creek, Monroe Co., Indiana.General Notes
