Eunice Mae Eads 
Eunice Mae was born on April 8th, 1916 in Polk Twp., Monroe Co., Indiana. Eunice Mae's father was John Perry Eads and her mother was Nancy Ann Martin. Her paternal grandparents were Peter Eads and Sarah A.( Nuckles) Knockolls; her maternal grandparents were James Martin and Elizabeth Sipes. She had ten brothers and three sisters, named Clarence, Cecil, Ezra Ellis, Clifford R., Marshall P., Aaron Ray, Persing, Dewey, John, Herschell, Lula, Mary E. and Ella. She died at the age of 72 on December 13th, 1988 in Bloomington Hospital, Bloomington, Monroe Co., Indiana. She was buried in Clear Creek Cemetery, Monroe Co., Indiana.General Notes
Services for Eunice Mae Chandler, 72, of Bloomington, who died Tuesday at
Bloomington Hospital, will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Gospel Assembly Church,
Maxwell and Thornton Drive, with the Rev. Charles Cohenour officiating.
Burial will be in Clear Creek Cemetery.
Born April 7, 1916, in Monroe County, she was the daughter of John
P. and Nancy (Martin) Eads. She was a retired employee of RCA and was a
member of Gospel Assembly Church.
Survivors include her husband, the Rev. Ralph E. Chandler; one
daughter, Jeanette Meadows of Bloomington; one brother, Clifford Eads of
Bloomington; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by seven brothers, Cecil Eads, Ezra Eads,
Clarence Eads, Marshall Eads, Ray Eads, John Eads and Herschel Eads; and
two sisters, Ella Teter and Lula Sowders.
Friends may call 2 - 4 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. today at Allen Funeral
Home, and noon until services Thursday at the Gospel Assembly
