James Emery Durrett 
James Emery was born on February 7th, 1912 in Metcalfe County, Kentucky. James Emery's father was Elijah Thomas Durrett and his mother was Minnie C. Hubbard. His paternal grandparents were George Durrett and Elizabeth McCubbins; his maternal grandparents were James Whitfield Hubbard and Nancy Jane Oakes. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Carl, Clifford Edward, Lilly Jane, Bernadine, Infant and Margaret. He died at the age of 82 on January 17th, 1995 in Bloomington, Indiana.-
