William  Niblack

William  was born in 1754 in Rowan County, NC.  William 's father was William Niblack and his mother was Elizabeth Todd.  His paternal grandparents were Eben Niblack and Mary Wilcox.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 75 in 1829 in Camden, SC.

They had a daughter named Elizabeth.
