Lewis Young 
Lewis was born in 1823 in Kanawha County. Lewis' father was John Young and his mother was Keziah Tackett. His paternal grandparents were Conrad Jung (Young) and Anna Margaretta Franciscus; his maternal grandparents were Lewis Tackett and Mary. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Jacob Reed, Charles, John Darien, Lewis Naylor, Samuel, Elizabeth "Betsy", Margaret, Mary "Polly" Malinda, Nancy, Keziah and Alvira Jane. He was the youngest of the twelve children.-
