Charles Young 
Charles was born on January 15th, 1796 in Kanawha County. Charles' father was John Young and his mother was Keziah Tackett. His paternal grandparents were Conrad Jung (Young) and Anna Margaretta Franciscus; his maternal grandparents were Lewis Tackett and Mary. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Jacob Reed, John Darien, Lewis Naylor, Samuel, Lewis, Elizabeth "Betsy", Margaret, Mary "Polly" Malinda, Nancy, Keziah and Alvira Jane. He was the fourth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 68 in 1864 in Kanawha County.-
