Alexander S. Young 
Alexander S. was born in 1814 in Putnam County. Alexander S.'s father was Jacob Reed Young and his mother was Nancy Ann Stephenson. His paternal grandparents were John Young and Keziah Tackett; his maternal grandparents were Alexander Stephenson and Sarah Ann Ewing. He had five brothers and four sisters, named James, John Valley, Lewis Norman, Samuel Early, Jacob, Margaret, Malinda, Sarah and Nancy. He was the third oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 57 on December 2nd, 1871 in Putnam County. He was buried in Young's Cemetery.1 -
