David F. Bumgardner 
David F. was born on August 15th, 1840 in Ritchie County,WV. David F.'s father was Adam Bumgardner Jr. and his mother was Elizabeth Devers. His paternal grandparents were Adam Bumgardner Sr. and Mary Gibson. He was an only child. He died at the age of 60 on April 22nd, 1901.-
