James Billups 
James was born on October 23rd, 1794. James' father was Thomas C. Billups and his mother was Sally Ann Webster. His paternal grandparents were Edward Billups and Sarah Casey; his maternal grandparents were Luke Webster and Sarah Bagby. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Luke Webster, Richard, Henry, Thomas, John, David, Cyrus Jackson, Margaret and Theodoshia. He was the oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 59 on September 9th, 1854.-
