Hugh Pugh 
Hugh was born on November 1st, 1699 in Chester Co,Pennsylvania. Hugh's father was James Pugh and his mother was Joan Price. His paternal grandfather was Ellis Evan Pugh; his maternal grandparents were David Price and Joan Awbrey. He had four brothers and three sisters, named James, John, Thomas, Jessie, Joan, Sibilla and Margaret.
