Joseph Cox 
Joseph was born about 1756 in VA. Joseph's father was Issac Cox and his mother was Susannah Tomlinson. His maternal grandparents were James Tomlinson and Harriett Trowbridge. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named James, John, Issac, David, George, Jonathan, Benjamin, Nancy, Ann and Polly. He was the third youngest of the eleven children.-
