Issac was born in 1716 in Cock's Island,Philadelphia Co.,PA. He was an only child. He died at the age of 67 in 1783 in Wellsburg,Ohio Co.,KY.General Notes
His estate settled in Nelson Co., KY 1783-1800; moved from Hampshire Co., VA to Wellsburg, WVA in 1767.
