George Cox 
George was born about 1748 in VA. George's father was Issac Cox and his mother was Susannah Tomlinson. His maternal grandparents were James Tomlinson and Harriett Trowbridge. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named James, John, Issac, David, Joseph, Jonathan, Benjamin, Nancy, Ann and Polly. He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. He died in 1838.-
