David Cox 
David was born about 1746 in VA. David's father was Issac Cox and his mother was Susannah Tomlinson. His maternal grandparents were James Tomlinson and Harriett Trowbridge. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named James, John, Issac, George, Joseph, Jonathan, Benjamin, Nancy, Ann and Polly. He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. He died in 1820.-
