‌Paris and Mary Georgianna were married in a religious ceremony about 1844 in , Bourbon, Kentucky.  They had seven sons and seven daughters, named Paris, Matthew, Napoleon Bonaparte, John, James W., Nicholas, Bud, Melvina, Rebecca J., Sarah, Anna Lulabelle, Mary Jane, Nancy Victoria and Lena.
