William Billing 
William was born about 1474 in Malzar, Northamptonshire, England. William's father was Nicholas Billing and his mother was Agnes Gilbert. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Billing and Catherine Giffard; his maternal grandfather was Stephen Gilbert. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Roger, Henry, John, Katherine and Agnes. He was the third youngest of the six children.-
