William Barrow 
William was born on February 26th, 1765 in , Halifax, North Carolina. William's father was William Barrow and his mother was Olivia Ruffin. His paternal grandfather was William Barrow; his maternal grandparents were Robert Ruffin and Anne Bennett. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Robert, Bartholomew, Ruffin, Bennett, Ann, Mary and Sarah. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 58 on November 9th, 1823.-
