William C. Barr 
William C.'s father was Asa Barr and his mother was Essie Armitie Tipsword. His paternal grandparents were George Barr and Sarah Lawyer; his maternal grandparents were John J. Tipsword and Marian Mcneely. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Valette U. Or Jack, Edwin, James C., Maude, Irene, Lillian, Lucille and Wilma.-
