Frank E. Barr 
Frank E. was born in 1899 in Sullivan County, Tennessee. Frank E.'s father was George Robert Barr and his mother was Sarah Bell Lane. His paternal grandparents were George B. Barr and Katherine Lucinda Seneker. He had a brother named William Lane. He was the younger of the two children. He had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Charles Denton, Henry Hill, George Sidney, Clarence William, John Robert, Cora Alice and Etta Ellen. He died at the age of 50 in 1949.-
