Allen Anderson 
Allen was born about 1840 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Allen's father was David M. Anderson and his mother was Margaret. His paternal grandparents were David Anderson and Elizabeth Hardy. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Robert, James, Lewis, George, Mary and Elizabeth. He was the third youngest of the eight children.
