Benjamin Amos 
Benjamin was born in 1775 in , , Maryland. Benjamin's father was Nicholas Day Amos and his mother was Christiana Ditto. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Amos and Elizabeth Day. He had seven brothers and six sisters, named Mordecai, Thomas, Nicholas, Abraham Ditto, Ditto, Elijah, William Cook, Elizabeth, Mary, Nancy, Christiana, Sarah and Bethia. He was the seventh youngest of the fourteen children. He died in , Moniteau, Missouri.-
