John Burton Agee 
John Burton was born in 1813 in Goochland County, VA. John Burton's father was William Agee and his mother was Mary Ann Childress. His paternal grandparents were Isaac Agee and Mary Smith; his maternal grandparents were William Childress and Martha Lowther. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Isaac, James Samuel, William Childress, Ann, Elizabeth, Martha, Mary Ruth, Molly and Sarah. He died at the age of 63 in 1876 in Scott County, VA.
