‌Phineas and Sarah were married in a religious ceremony in 1752 in Preston, New London, CT.¹   They had six sons and six daughters, named Ebenezer, Elijah, Zipporah, Phineas, Steven, Leonard, Sarah, Sally, Tryphenia, Esther, Charlotte and Elizabeth.
