Charles Hugh Beggs 
Charles Hugh was born in 1889. Charles Hugh's father was Robert Beggs and his mother was Elizabeth Black. His paternal grandparents were Hugh Beggs and Mary Robinson. He had a brother and two sisters, named Frank Russell, Clara Viola and Mary Elizabeth Irene. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 79 in 1968.-
