Patience Beckwith 
Patience was born in 1718 in East Haddam, Middlesex, CT. Patience's father was Nathaniel Beckwith and her mother was Sarah Brockway. Her paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Beckwith and Martha Unknown; her maternal grandparents were Wolston Brockway and Hannah Briggs. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Job, Nathaniel, Stephen, Joseph, Jerusha and Sarah. She was the youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 82 in 1800 in Peacham, Caledonia, VT.-
