John de Mowbray III was born on June 25th, 1340 in Epworth, Isle of Axholme, Lincolnshire.1 John de Mowbray III's father was John de Mowbray II Baron Mowbray and his mother was Joan (Joanna) Plantagenet. His paternal grandparents were John de Mowbray Baron Mowbray and Aliva de Braose; his maternal grandparents were Henry of Lancaster and Maud de Chaworth. He had a sister named Alianor. He died due to Slain. at the age of 28 on October 9th, 1368 in Thrace, near Constantinople, Greece.1 -
