Pleasant Cocke, assignee of Acrill Cocke, executor of William Acrill, deceased, who was assignee of John Dudley, complains of Jane Cocke that she gave bond to John Dudley for #153.13.4 in 1770. Dudley assigned the bond to William Acrill on 9 Sept. 1785. Pleasant Cocke suues for payment.
