Sarah was born on February 4th, 1796 in Nk, Ireland. Sarah's father was Robert Webb and her mother was Sarah Yarner Hill. Her paternal grandparents were George Webb and Jane Swords; her maternal grandfather was Abel Hill and her maternal grandmother is (Mother). She had three brothers and three sisters, named George, Arthur, John, Julia, Sophia and Harrich. She was the third youngest of the seven children.-
