Władysława was born on October 12th, 1924.  Władysława's father was Jan Półtorak and her mother was Marianna Półtorak (Piwowarczyk).  Her maternal grandparents were Wojciech Piwowarczyk and Joanna Piwowarczyk (Suchta). She had two brothers named Tadeusz and Stanisław.  She was the second oldest of the three children.  She died at the age of 76 on September 3rd, 2001.

Władysława and Stefan were married.  They had a son and a daughter, named Jerzy and Elżbieta.
