  Serafin was born on November 2nd, 1899 in Zarogów and his christening took place in Nasiechowice, Poland conducted by the Father.¹

  He died as a war casualty, On escape route from SIberian labour camps, typhus epidemic and malnutrition, at the age of 42 on February 7th, 1942 in Czirak-czi, Uzbekistan.  The funeral took place in Old cemetary for foreigners in Czirak-czi, Uzbekistan.  He was buried in Czirakczi, Uzbekistan.^1 1
