Katarína was born in 1977.  Katarína's father is Ladislav Holba and her mother is Jarmila Holbová (Piáčková).  Her maternal grandparents were František Piáček and Marie Piáčková (Dvořáková).  She had a sister named Ladislava.  She was the younger of the two children.  She died at the age of 5 in 1982 in Martin.  The funeral took place in Martin.
