Miroslav was born on July 28th, 1921 in Mrákotín.  Miroslav's father was František Dvořák and his mother was Marie Dvořáková (Gorenščiková).  His paternal grandparents were JUDr. Josef Sobotka and Františka Dvořáková; his maternal grandparents were Jan Gorenščik and Marie Burešová (Tesařová).  He had two brothers and three sisters, named Václav, Arnošt, Jarmila, Marie and Ludmila.  He was the third oldest of the six known children.  He died at the age of 71 on June 28th, 1993.
