Johanna Jacoba Gertruida van Blerk (Mills) 
Johanna Jacoba Gertruida was born in 1869. Johanna Jacoba Gertruida's father was Nicolaas Johannes van Blerk and her mother was Elizabeth Johanna Stagman (van Blerk). Her paternal grandparents were Nicolaas van Blerk and Louisa Johanna Cats (van Blerk); her maternal grandparents were Jacob Johannes Stagman and Calolina Wilhemina Smit (Stagman). She had six brothers and three sisters, named Nicolaas Johannes, Simon Petrus, Jacobus Johannes Gerhardus, Samuel Johannes, Gerhardus Christiaan, Johannes Petrus Stegman, Carolina Wilhelmina, Louaisa Johanna Francis and Jacoba Eliza. She died at the age of 72 on August 2nd, 1941. She was buried in Woltemade Cemetery, Maitland.General Notes
In 1897-10-15 Johanna Jacoba Gertruida van Blerk inherited erf 89622, which is the next stone building - Millwood -after the Dalebrook Flats , the property was then transferred to her second husband Henry William Mills on 1901-03-19.
