Jacomina Hendrina was born on September 13th, 1898. Jacomina Hendrina's father was Simon Petrus van Blerk and her mother was Maria Wilhelmina Joubert (van Blerk). Her paternal grandparents were Simon Petrus van Blerk and Jacomina Hendrina Louw (van Blerk); her maternal grandparents were Jan Hendrik Hofmeyer Joubert and Sarah Margareatha Jordaan. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Simon Petrus, Jan Hendrik Hofmeyer, Sarah Margaretha, Maria Wilhelmina, van Blerk, Rachel Elizabeth and Hester Anna. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 91 on December 24th, 1989. She was buried in Ermelo, New cemetery.General Notes
