Jacoba Petronella Francina (van Blerk)

Jacoba Petronella Francina was born on July 29th, 1912.  She died at the age of 79 on February 29th, 1992.  She was buried in Johannesburg, Montgomery Park, West Park cemetery,  West Park Memorial Wall.
