Catharina Cornelia van Blerk 
Catharina Cornelia was born on March 11th, 1885 in Cape Town. Catharina Cornelia's father was Cornelis Johannes Hendrick van Blerk and her mother was Gertruida Fredrika Crossley (van Blerk). Her paternal grandparents were Marthinus Samuel van Blerk and Elizabeth Susanna Johanna Frylinck (van Blerk). She had four brothers and four sisters, named John Henry, William John Jeremiah, Also called Sebastiaan Pieter van Blerk, Rozier Bernardus, Annie Henrietta, Catherine Cornelia, Gertrude Fredrika and Gertrude Marion Stocker. She was the fourth youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 86 in 1971.General Notes
