Rozina was born on November 29th, 1693 in Miskolezy, Česká Skalice.  Rozina's father was Jan Mojžíš and her mother was Rozina. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Jan, Mikuláš, Jiří, Josef, Anna, Marie, Dorota, Ludmila, Dorota and Kateřina.  She was the sixth oldest of the eleven children.
