Anna was born on January 20th, 1684 in Miskolezy, Česká Skalice.  Anna's father was Jan Mojžíš and her mother was Rozina. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Jan, Mikuláš, Jiří, Josef, Marie, Dorota, Rozina, Ludmila, Dorota and Kateřina.  She was the second oldest of the eleven children.
