Doña Blanca de Ribera (Mendez)

Blanca was born in 1592 in Seville. Blanca's father is Enrique Rodríguez Obregón and her mother is Margarita López. She was an only child. She died at the age of 54 in 1646 in Mexico City.

- Came to Mexico in 162, only leaving during the flood of 1629, when they went to San Luis Potosí. father, Enrique Rios Obregon, was a Angolan slave merchant in Mexico. She pretended to be crazy and mute. Reported to cast curses. Mother of Doña Clara de Rivera. Husband was a merchant. Mother from Seville and father from Llerena, Extremadura.
