  • From Casteloblanco.  Son of Simon Gonzalez and Leonor Antunez.  Both were from the Portuguese border region, he, from Castolblanco, and she, from Valverde, near Ciudad Rodrigo.  First wife, Clara Fernandez Núñez in Seville.  Second wife, Leonor Núñez, married in NEw Spain after she was reconciled and relajadaas a dogmatizer in 1647.  Judaized at age 20.  Valverde, where his mother was born was near Ciudad Rodrigo on the Spanish side of the Portuguese border.
