Anne was born in 1569 and her christening took place on August 31st, 1569 in Rattlesden, Suffolk County, England.1  Anne's father was Thomas Whotlocke and her mother was Joan Whatlock.  Her paternal grandparents were John Whatlock and Agnes Whatlock; her maternal grandfather was John Whatlock and her maternal grandmother is <Unknown>. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Rodger, Robert, Martha and Dorothy.  She was the fourth oldest of the five children.  She died before 1622 in Rattlesden, Suffolk County, England.1
