Joseph Spinney

Joseph was born about 1833 in Boothbay, Maine. Joseph's father was Robert Curtis Spinney and his mother was Margaret Kenniston. His paternal grandparents were Nicholas Spinney and Susanna Burgess; his maternal grandparents are David Kenniston and Sarah Beath. He had five brothers and seven sisters, named Robert, William, John, John, Stephen, Margaret, Elizabeth, Roxanne, Mary, Caroline, Clara and Martha. He was the oldest of the thirteen children.
