John Spinney

John was born on July 27th, 1691 in Kittery, York County, Maine. John's father was Samuel Spinney and his mother was Elizabeth Knight. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Spinney and Margery Randall; his maternal grandparents are Samuel Knight and Amy Carle. He had eight brothers and a sister, named Samuel, James, Thomas, James, Nathan, Jeremiah, David, Jonathan and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the ten children. He had a half-brother and five half-sisters, named Samuel, Lydia, Patience, Margaret, Sarah and Elizabeth. He died at the age of 34 on July 15th, 1726 in Kittery, York County, Maine.
