Harry Atwood Spinney

Harry was born in 1874 in Harmony, Queens County, Nova Scotia. Harry's father was Enoch Spinney and his mother was Phebe Bowlby. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Beach Spinney and Ann G. Crocker. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Everett, George, Leland, Lily and Blanche. He was the fifth oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 27 on August 23rd, 1901.

General Notes
- Harry Atwood Spinney was born in 1874 in Harmony, Kings County, Nova Scotia. He died on August 10, 1901. He has reference number FTJ#137. Drowned while gathering water-lilies for his wife, who was pregnant with son Harry at the time. There is a reference to a Harry Spinney, employed in the building of the Margaretsville wharf, which is probably this same Harry. "Over the Mountain and Down to the Bay"
