Hammond Spinney

Hammond was born on November 22nd, 1824 in Kittery, York County, Maine. Hammond's father was Francis Spinney and his mother was Mary Rogers Paul. His paternal grandparents were George Pettegrew Spinney and Ann Libbey. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Hamilton, Sylvester, Francis, Henry, Lydia, Ann, Leona, Marsha and Melinda. He was the oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 75 on August 18th, 1900.
